Approach
From the process you run by hand to software that runs it for you.
Most business software disappoints because it was scoped in a meeting room and shaped by a feature list. We work the other way round: start from the actual workflow, put something running in front of real users fast, then harden it for production.
- 01
We watch the work as it really happens
We sit with the people doing it and follow the process end to end — the spreadsheet, the shared inbox, the reminder in someone's calendar, the step only one person knows. What we find here decides what gets built.
- 02
One job, done properly
We cut to the narrowest product that removes the most manual effort, and say plainly what is out of scope. Narrow is what makes it quick to build, cheap to run, and simple enough that people actually adopt it.
- 03
Something real, in weeks
You get a running system early rather than a mockup, so the team who will live with it can react while their feedback still shapes the build.
- 04
Hardened before it carries real work
Load tested against realistic traffic, rate limited, instrumented and wired to error monitoring — so problems surface to us rather than to your team.
- 05
Operated, not abandoned
We stay responsible for what we built: monitoring it, and adjusting it as the process around it changes.
Tell us what you do by hand.
Describe the spreadsheet, the inbox, the process. We will tell you plainly whether there is a product in it — and if there isn't, we will say that too.
